Mineral:Calcite pseudomorph after Carletonite with Quartz overgrowth
Locality:Poudrette Quarry, Mont Saint-Hilaire, Québec, Canada
Description:Large colorless to pale green calcite pseudomorph after exceptionally large carletonite crystals to 3.5 cm. Minor surface overgrowth of quartz that fluoresces yellow under UV illumination.
